Jeny Dawson is the founder of Zen Soul Balance a sound healing, meditation, and yoga Yin Yoga business based out of La Jolla, CA. A year before publishing this she left her corporate work at I Heart Radio where she had been for over a decade to commit full time to her passion for bringing sound healing and yin yoga to others. She works with everyone from individuals for private sessions to large corporate and wellness events all over the world and she also has her own teacher training program.
