Gareth Hamm is a Canadian-Mexican hockey player raised in San Diego, CA. He currently resides in Vancouver, BC, Canada and is an advocate of unconventional fitness. He trains with a combination of Flow, Yogic, Martial, and Spiritual Arts, which stretch across a wide variety movements and includes adaptive athletics, mixed martial arts, firearms, steel mace, hammers, Landmine, and more.
